Message	That line comes off ( as can be seen ) your Air duct gallery and that lines goes to your A.I.V Control Solenoid Valve, which most dump anyway, you could easily fix that by tapping into that pipe again, by drilling a much smaller hole, getting a little metal/brass welding tip or other screw type fitting with a hole in it. Use some nylon tape on the treads of the fitting so that it's more air tight. That solenoid is an on/off switch anyway and works off a vacuum signal so it's not pressuriezd and going to blow off.
